ULFA‑I (United Liberation Front of Assam–Independent) is an insurgent group that actively operates against India. In a recent statement, ULFA‑I claimed that on July 13, the Indian Army conducted a drone strike on its camps located along the India–Myanmar border. According to the group, the strike killed three of its senior commanders and injured nearly 19 cadres. ULFA‑I further alleged that around 150 drones were used in the operation, which were reportedly manufactured by Israel and France. However, when questioned, the Indian Army categorically denied any involvement in such an attack.
