Refund Policy:
At Vital Herald, we work hard to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our services. In the event of any dissatisfaction, we have a refund policy in place that allows clients to request a refund within 7 days of service delivery. Refunds are processed within 30 days of the request.
Delivery Policy:
We are committed to delivering our services in a timely and efficient manner. Our delivery policy requires us to provide clients with a timeline for service delivery and keep them updated on progress. We aim to deliver our services within the agreed timeframe or earlier.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes clients may need to cancel their orders. Our cancellation policy allows clients to cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them. After 24 hours, we may charge a cancellation fee based on the work already done.
